“This is the third time the USATF Masters Throws Championships have been held in Lisle. They were previously held in at the sports complex in 2010 and 2013 and we are thrilled to welcome to the USATF back. If you have never been to a championship event like this before, you’re missing out. These are master athletes and what they can do is amazing. It’s so inspirational for kids, high school, and college athletes who can see these throws live and even meet the athletes,” said Diane Homolka, Executive Director of the Lisle Convention & Visitors Bureau.
